Cabritos los Cavazos & Zagar comedy bar Dallas

My meat had a great marinade flavor, cooked just right. My appetizer had right amount spice and sour. The hot sauce with the chips was hot but delicious. The staff was friendly, definitely a place to experience.

There is nothing like roasting meat in real firewood. Simple seasoning and letting the flavor of the meat and smoke speak. We got the riñonadas and was not gamy at all, which indicates it’s a fresh and real cabrito. The portions are good and comes with delicious side dishes. As a bonus, chips are included in carry out orders. The service was friendly and Maria was very polite. Asked for permission to take a pic of the roasting room and they invited me into the roasting room.

We were here for mother's day, 2022. The food: outstanding, everything was done great, our orders weren't that long to get to us, even tho it was packed to the gills! We had the chicharrones, parrillada and flautas, all excellent choices, very tasty. To the kitchen staff, two thumbs up! The service: our sever was very nice and helpful, even though it was peak hour and she was running around extremely hectic, sge was pretty on the spot with refills and always made sure we had everything we needed, 10/10 service The Atmosphere: while it was so much fun to have live mariachi, and my mom was happy as a clam, we all agreed, and here's where the place will lose a star: PLEASE turn down the volume of the live music! Hopefully management will see this review and listen! We were told there was nothing they could do about it. That that's just how the petformers do things. What a joke of an excuse. The mics on the fellas were peaking so badly, it distorts from their wonderful singing voices, and we literally had to shout to hear each other or our server. This is where Los Cavazos loses one star with me, fix this please! All in all, a great mother's day, I look forward to celebrating here once more, hopefully with better audio control.

Really good place and great food, the band also amazing, friendly people and really professional. I loved the fresh guacamole, they make it in front of you and it’s very rich with flavors. for sure I will go again for their other diverse dishes and good drinks. Highly recommended

We walked right in and were seated with no wait time. The place is big so it fits large parties. The service was fast. But above all the food was delicious. It was my first time there and I definitely will be going back to try other things. Their menu has various options and I need to try them all.

First time at this place and I loved it. I will definitely be back here. I recommend anyone around the Dallas area to come visit this restaurant. The food was delicious and staff were amazing. So many options to choose from but everything is so good.

Don’t go anywhere else for your cabrito needs!! They are so GOOD and the portions are huge!! Definitely 1 feeds more than 6. I’m not a big fan of cabrito but my husband wanted to try it out and definitely did not disappoint! The bone marrow is like butter 10/10!

We had a very diverse group that had many needs and we didn't want for anything long. Staff was very accommodating and excellent in every way. Food was spot on perfect! Prices are very reasonable and with the variety of food available it was perfect for our large group. I had the ribeye tacos and loaded them up with all the fixens.
